Since I gave my first cat bottle cap pincushion to my friend, I made another one for myself. It is about 1" across. If I take the straight pin out, I can also add a magnet to the back and use it as a refrigerator magnet. <grin>

Sea Shell Pincushion - March 28, 2012
I made another sea shell pincushion today. It is about 1 1/2" across. I gathered a circle of fabric and stuffed it before closing it up. I then added a pearl and I love how it turned out. I have a whole plate of them made now.

Joker Bottle Cap Pincushion - March 27, 2012
I made this bottle cap pincushion using my deck of card fabric. I centered the Joker for this mini pin cushion & then hot glued it into a bottle cap. I love how it turned out.

I made this beaded bee be using the pattern that I found on the internet by Maize Hutton. I used gold bead wire and seed beads to make this bee.

I made this beaded fish using orange and red seed beads & a black bead for the eye. I beaded it on gold bead wire. I drew out the pattern for this fish on graph paper.

Cherry Blossom Bottle Cap Pincushion - March 23, 2012
Since I got to go into Washington DC today to see the cherry blossoms down by the tidal basin, I thought I would use this cherry blossom fabric to make this bottle cap pincushion . I love how it turned out.
